Question about RFE

Guys Im getting set to file my petition for Eb1 and I had a question about RFE.
Suppose my petition is filed on April 20 and I get an RFE on May 20. Can I include in my reply to the RFE anything new (papers, presentations) that occurred between April 20 and May 20? Or am I limited only to events before the submission date...

You do not need to keep some of your doccuments for the initial filing. Make all doccuments available to them before you are issued with an RFE.
