Question about RFE

Checked my AVM. The message has been changed as "additional evidence has been requested and notice mailed on April 12th".

When I checked my wife\'s case, the message is same as mine. Is that what normally happens? Any ideas gurus.

I got RFE. My wife VM did not change. It might be that the INS needs some information for your wife also.

Ranjan, if the RFE is for the employment related matters (such as pay stubs, employment letter or earning statments) then only the applicants messege changes as the RFE is issued for the principle applicant only.. I think they are asking for some information about your wife.. Could be marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.
