You mentioned being outside the US, so I was just saying *IF* you were outside the US when the reentry permit was filed (they normally consider filing date = receipt date), they'll deny the reentry permit if they know that you were outside the US on that date. But they won't refuse entry at the airport or border for that reason. What do you mean they will deny the application, i was physically present in the united states at time of filing, and proved to them with boarding passes from our airline, and a stamp from the US bank where we made out the money order to.
Yes, that is the normal time frame. Also for biometrics the appt letter comes 1-3 weeks from when u received the NOA?
hello,
I am dv lottery winner af000049***. My Boyfriend in the US played for me, but we are going to get married in my country soon and I believe my interview should be around june or july. Since he is not sponsoring me for a greencard, should I still report him on my application? he lives in the US and he is legal resident already.
Notice date is when they printed the notice. Don't pay attention to that. There should be a separate box that says "receipt date" or "received date".It says Notice Date March 10....we had a lawyer and he said that we have to be in the united states when they physically receive it which he said when someone receives it from fed ex and someone signed for it too.
