Question about re-entry

Hi. My step brother visited US last 2006 and stayed for 10 months (he left aug 2007)

And now he's planning to visit us again for my wedding after almost 3 years in Asia...He did file an extension and it was approved. That time, he actually had a girlfriend but ended up breaking their relationship. He also visited all our relatives (east to west). He has multiple multiple entry

Question: Is the time gap okay? Or are there any issues?

No issues, its more than enough time for a B2 entry. BTW he did turned in the new I-94 with the extension when he left the US, if so then no issues at all.

He has not visited the US in 3 years, so gap between visits will not be an issue.
Just bear in mind that ANY visitor to the US MAY be denied entry, even if it is the very first visit. This is the worst case scenario I am drawing out.
