it's might be stupid question:confused:
I am filing to I-400 now,
it has writing that proof of the earlier marriages ended-divorce decree
I did give copy of the paper work when I apply GC ( about 14 years ago)
do I need get the proof of divorce paper again to I-400??
( because it's bit long time to get the paper work from my country
by Air mail unless I go physically visit to city hall in my country...the mean I have to trip to there)

one more question,
from this form. some post has writing that send past 5 years Tax return
but I don't see about it check list?:confused:

You don't the original or a copy of it anymore? You can send in the application without it, but be ready to present it at interview.

Tax return is normally required when continuous residency comes into question. Some have suggested to bring tax returns at interview "just in case" the IO asks, which otherwise is rare. Again, no need to attach them to application since you'll have the chance to present them at interview.

Make sure to read the M-476 instructions as well as N-400 instructions before submitting
