Hi, my name is Ivan, im 33 years old, son of a citizen.
My moter applied for me back in November 2002.
Last year we got the notice that the petition was aproved, for what i understand my category its F1, and now i need to wait for a visa number to become available, and that will happen when my priority date get current.
1) Since my petition was aproved, its there any way i could get into the states? i been there several times on tourist visa.
2) I check the Visa bulletin every month, and since March 05 (almost one year) the priority date havent moved even one month, Its this normal? am i forgetting to do something in the meantime or its just about to wait till they contact us?
Do i have the info right? Anyone knows if the Visa priority will start moving again soon or where i could find more info about what happening?
I know those are a lot of questions but i have sooo many doubts about how all this works.
