Question about PERM

Hi:
I am new to this forum even though I have been a passive visitor. Thanks to all who have been helpful and providing information to people like me.

The question I have about PERM is:
What happens to people who have applied and cleared Labor in the State level and the application has gone to DOL level. Is there any provision in the PERM regulations for cases like that, in case they want to take benefit of the 21 day Labor clearance ?

My State PD is Dec 2003.

I don't believe there is any such provision....PERM is an automated computer program. Read more on PERM thread in this forum. Here is the link:

So, Does it mean that even after the Application has been approved in the State Level, we ahve to pull tha application out and reapply through PERM?
