Question about PD

Hi,

My I-140/I-485 were filed concurrently with a RD of 03/16/2004. I just noticed that the Priority Date section is blank(empty) for both the recipts although I have a priority date of aug 31, 2001 for my original labor which was eventually approved in feb 2004. Do I need to be worried about this ?

Are there others out there with an empty priority date box ? Mine is an EB2 application.

Retrogression is only for EB3, so you don't need to worry about it.

This is normal. PD is usually indicated on the I140 Approval Notice. Good Luck...
