Question

Wife is a Naturalized American


Does she need carry my lastname ones we are married?

If you don't can this be a problem?



2-If she decide to carry my lastname does she need before sending my forms
change her naturalized papers to show my lastname?

On my forms does she use her single name or her married name(in case she changes to my ad my lastname)

She does not need to change the last name. The marriage certificate will enough. Although, don't forget to take your lease agreement or house documents with her name on it. Get a bank account together and put her name on utility bills.
