Question about my 485 transfered to a local office from CSC

My AOS application was filed from SC. It has been transferred to the local office in Jacksonville, FL. The reason stated by CSC was "they do not have jurisdiction over my case". I checked with my lawyer on this. The lawyer says that they probably want to call me for an interview. I am wondering if my living in Jacksonville, FL is an issue when my lawyer filed with CSC for AOS. Has anyone been in a similar situation before? I would appreciate any comments / suggestions.

As far as I know, it\'s not necessary for the interview for the over jurisdiction cases. I read a post saying a guy living in Atlanta and getting approved from VSC without interview. I think it may be some other reasons for your case transfer. Can you post your case detail? Why didn\'t you file in Texas?

Does it have something to do with the labor? To avoid the transfer, labor should be done in CSC or not?
