Question about multiple TN sponsors

I was successful in obtaining my TN status (with the guidance of this forum) but now have a question related to adding other TN sponsors.

In particular, I have two groups wanting me essentially to start immediately and a couple that are over 2 months out. My question relates to applying for a TN status update for two new sponsors on one visit to the border. Are there any potential problems with providing multiple sponsor letters at the same time?

The other question relates to costs. Will I be paying $56 for each sponsor? ie $112?

As a bit of an aside, I'm wondering what the practicalities are of staying for a vacation after doing one of these TN sponsored events. If I travel to Hawaii for a conference and stay for a couple weeks on vacation, is that a problem? I usually just travel to/from the venue that I'm speaking at.

As a follow up, I presented at the Erie, NY POE to update my TNStatus. I was adding two new employers.
The officer was great but he did point out that for the last year or so, original "live signature" documents are actually required. That being said, he did say he was given a bit of latitude in this regard and accepted my laser printed pdf's so I didn't have to return.

As an aside, he also cut me a break on my fees. I paid $50 for the evaluation and $6x2 for the I-94's that were issued. Total was $62 for two new I-94's. Fingerprints for each I-94 issued.

He also indicated that most officers at crossing points will issue an I-94 on a job offer as long as it's within 30 days of the application.
