My friend is going to get his H1-B visa stamped and back in 1998 he (19yrs back then) was charged on "Display/Poss Fictitious ID" Disposition = " Gulity" No jail time or any thing he paid a fine and that was end of it...now my question is would this fall under Moral Turpitude..?
