Reacently sent in my RFI/325A & Medical Examination and i would just like to find out if after thirty days if USCIS does not update my case status online should i send in another Medical Examination along with the 325A ? The reason why im asking is because on Sep 15, 2005 i sent my Medical Examination and till this day i havent gottern any new update online so i decided to call USCIS Customer Service and they told me that sometimes it takes thirty days to get an update online when it comes to Medical EXamination but i was wondering when thirty days pass and they dont update my case in thirty days do i have to submit another Medical Examination and if so can i send in a copy of the yellow paper . If anyone out there has any insight regarding this matter please reply to my thread i would truly appreciate it .

As long as you got the acknowledgment that they recvd your medical info, you are good. You dont have to mail them another.

Do you have reciept indicating USCIS received your mail. If it is, don't be worry. Sometimes USCIS will not update your info on web but in yheir nternal system. My firend have met this kind of problem. I have not seen updating for 26 days. But when I called USCIS, I was told it was in system only 4 dyas after recieving.
If you want to call, call the 800 number, choose medical, then you will be transfer to NSC.

I got the uscis stamped receipt on Aut,15 2005, but my case status still not update. I called the customer service number, they told me, "you should be fine, you can call again after 60 days (Oct,15) if the status still not changed". So I do not know how to do next? Do you have the number of NSC, so may be call them can find the information from their systme?
