Hi all,
I want to know about complications of marrying someone who does not have green card but have EAD for 10 years. Her father got political assylum and got her family here from india. Whole family has work authorization but waiting for green card. I do not know how much time it takes to get green card.
I am on H1 and working in ohio. How will i get any kind of benefit if i marry her. will i also get EAD for 10 years and can apply for green card along with her.

I have to keep my status on H1 and have to apply for get green card through my company while applying for my own green card.
