Question about LC for GC.

Hello,

My employer has filed for LC for place A. If I am moving to place B in the same state and working for the same company (same job description, salary etc.), do I need to file for another LC ?

Is LC for a particular place or state?

Please let me know.

-----If your lawyer has requested LC “ various locations in US” and attached cover letter and explained the need in details then you will have no issues.
------- It seems you are mixing LCA and LC, if you are on H1b and if you move to new location faraway from your past LCA location then your lawyer may have s to amend it, your lawyer knows what to do ask him. It has nothing to do with LC that has been filed for GC it can be only filed with SESA or SWA that covers the Head office of your employer.
