I have an approved I-130 (approved 6/27/2003), which establishes me as a IR7, unmarried son of USC under 21. I filed for AOS on 9/21/2004, received notice on 9/27/2004, did fingerprints 11/5/2004 and received notice in the mail for interview on 2/1/2005 on the same day I did the fingerprints (11/5/2004).
I filed through the Philadelphia Office, which forwarded to the NBC.
I think this is very fast, just a little over 4 months...
My question would is whether I could get my stamp on 2/1/2005 if everything is ok... anyone got any experience... what could go wrong?
I am a little nervous about this.
