Question about Interim EAD

I need to apply for an Interim EAD, I applied for EAD renewal in March, and I have not received the card yet. How do I apply for an Interim EAD in the Local San francisco office? What documents do I need?

CSC EB2 RD 04/02 ND 06/02 NO FP yet got 1 EAD and 2 AP waiting for second EAD.

Documents

EAD receipt, old EAD and 485 receipt are all that is needed. Search the archives for experiences in the service center of your interest.
Some went at 3-5 AM, some say take the risk of going at 10 AM.
