Question about Income Requirements

Hello! I am new to this forum and I hope to find some help here! Thank you all in advance!
I am married to AC (almost 3 years) and we have a 1-year-old son. We sent out
I-485(also I-130, I-765 and I-131) on October 18th. 2 weeks ago I've received a RFE saying that based on the documents submitted with form I-864 the income did not meet 100 % of the federal povetry line. What we sent out was my husband's
pay stub (with I-864) with his up to date yerly earnings amount (as of October) which was a little lower than a povetry line then. And tax return forms for last 3 years.
But as for now(after 2 months) he did meet 100% of the povetry line for this year.
So my question is: can we send out his current paystubs as a requested evidence of income, or should we wait till he'll get his 2007 tax return form and send it out instead? Or maybe we should find a joint sponsor?
Thank you!

tax forms for 3 years + pay stubs for 3 latest months

Thats one of the tough things to do. To get people to agree as a joint sponsor, from my experience atleast. yeah if you can find a joint sponsor, you should be good to go. Joint sponsor need be a relative (if you can find one thats great), can be ANY US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
