Question about I-485 filing

Hi - I'm new to this forum and would like to have clarification about my situation.

My initial i-140 and i-485 petetions were filed together in nov-2002 along with medical reports. Finger prints were also completed sometime December 2002.

However after filing, I got RFE on I-140 (EB2) sometime June 2003 and my attornies decided not to reply and rather refiled my I-140 case fresh under EB3 in July 2003. I got I-140 approval recently on this.

My questions are:
1. Could I still use my petition i-485 filed initially during Dec-2002 (is that still valid)?
2. Are the medicals and finger printing still valid?
3. what is the current processing date in Nabraska Center for i-485 (websites, links or references etc.)

Any other help or guidance that you could provide to a new joinee would be really appreciated.

u can check ur case online and current processing dates all 4 ins centers.

i am not guru or expret

as per my knowledge u can use u have no problem with ur current I-485(sorry if i am worng)

Has anybody gone through CP processing recently? any experience good or bad?

I asked my attorney and she didn't gave me a good picture....waits, delay and possible issues (I824, NVC processing time more than a year etc.). Per her things are much different now than they were 3-4 years ago in CP. Any info that you could share would be nice.
