question about i-485; F1 status but don't have the physical visa

Hello -

I have started looking over the paperwork needed to start my green card process (I am currently on F1 status and my soon-to-be USC husband will be filing for me - we're marrying at the end of the month).

However, I think I may have run into an issue. On the I-485 adjustment form, the second page asks me for my nonimmigrant visa number, the name of consulate where this visa was issued and the visa issue date.

Here is my problem. I was originally on an E1 visa through my father. Unfortunately, I aged out, and was forced to go onto the F1 visa. However, I never left the U.S. so I never received the actual physical F1 visa. I have my 1-20s and all other associated documents. (My last entry to the U.S. was an an E1 visa holder).

What do I put on the form? Please let me know if any extra info is needed.

Thank you.

Thanks PraetorianXI and kittenKat!

Is the nonimmigrant visa number the extremely long number at the bottom of the visa, or is it a certain portion of the numbers at the bottom of the visa?
There is a number called the "control number" as well. And a number in red.

I know this may be a basic question, but I want to be extremely thorough when sending this application in.
