Question about I-130, I-864, I-864 A

I am getting ready to apply for my Mom's Green Card. I have these few questions :

1. 
   Do I have to get any of the documents attested by a Notary ?

  In the I-864, the request for Tax transcripts is only optional. Do I have to send the Tax transcripts at all ?

Hi anderson24,
Thanks for your reply. I am a USC and my Mom is currently living in US on a Visitors VISA.
I will then attach a photocopy of the Tax transcripts.
But my other question is do we have to attest any of the docs with the Notary ?
