Question about HOTEL ROYAL CASTLE in Mumbai

To people who have stayed in (or, are planning to stay in) Hotel Royal Castle in Mumbai:

I am planning to stay here because of the price, but I have a few concerns, as I have read that the hotel is in a "shady" place:

Is it a reliable/safe place to stay? Meaning, we would be leaving all my CP documents in the room, when we go out of the hotel for our meals or for sightseeing. Is it reliable to leave documents, passports there?

Do they have a locker where we can leave our valuables?

My main concern is reliability and safety, since I would be traveling with a whole bunch of most important documents, and I do not want to take any chances.

I dont think its good idea to leave your CP documents in any hotel even for lunch. I would say kepp all ur folders in a bag and take it with u whenu go for food or sightseeing.....

Its nice place for staying, I never found any difficulty here, But as concern your passport any other legal document so you have to take care in any hotel. If they misplaced then it will be more problem for you. I think they can provide locker for this kind of thing.
