Question about H4

Hi there,
I am currently on a H1B visa and my company has recently filed for my Labor certification. My wife will come with me on a H4 visa from India in Feb.
I know she cannot work on a H4 visa.
My question are
1 If she wants to work does she have to look for a company to sponsor her
H1 and change from H4=>H1B ? Is this the only way she can work ?
2 Can she work after my LCA gets approved ?
