Question about Green Card

Hi, sorry if i posted this in a wrong section. If parents have green cards can they apply for their kids (over 21yr of age) or do they have to wait until they get their citizenship??

Permanent Residents can apply for their unmarried children.

Is the wait time similar if the kids were under 18?? or will it take longer for them??

If the children are under 21 they're FB2A, over 21 is FB2B. Check the visa bulletin to see the relative wait times.
