Hi,
I am going to file I130/I485/I131 for my parents.
This is a stupid question, but I just want to make it clear , After I read all the forms, still something wonders me.. Can someone kindly give me an answer.
1 or 2 forms mail to
I 130 1 for my father and mother chicago lockbox
I 485 2 for them(each has one for their own) chicago lockbox
I 131 2 for them(each has one for their own) chicago lockbox
Do I put their files together in 1 pkg or seperate in 2 pkg?
Do they need no-criminal certificate?
If I130 only 1 form for 2 person, how much money I should pay, as well as I 485, can I add all together in one check
