Question about FILE AC21 with contract job

Hello! Everyone:

I want to consult you with questions about File AC21 with contract job.

I got a contract job when my I485 has been pending for about 2 years and my I140 was approved.

1. When I filed my AC21, I think I should get the employment verification letter from the company where I got the contract job. In such case, the company may write down contractor type employment in the writing of the employment verification letter. Do you guys think there will be some negative effect on my I485 case?

2. Also, if the company finds an excuse like "you are the regular employee" and refuse to write the employment verification letter for me, how can I deal with that?

3. Also, I left Company A at the end of this June and joined a Company B for about two months. Now I plan to join Company C which offered me this contract job (I really want to join this COmpany C since it is a very famous company in the world and will have much positive effect on my career). When I joined Company B, I didn't file AC21. But did a H1B transfer. Do you think this frequent job transfer will affect my I485 process?
