Question about EB1a

So happy to find such a friendly website!
I have several questions about EB1a application. Actually, we already filed NIW through the lawyer this Jan. During the waitting, we want to try EB1a by ourself.
1): Can we use the same recommendation letters and cover letter that were used for NIW?
2) Can we do concurrent filing for I-140 and 485 for Eb1a? Or do we have to file I-140first and then 485? I totally don't know the process of filing and the DIY kit I bought doesn't describe it clearlly either. Hopw someone can help me.

Can you please post your credentials, it will help us to decide if to file in EB1 EA or not.

1) You should not use the same recommendation letters and cover letter that were used for NIW, because the qualification requirements for NIW and EB1A are different.

2) Yes, you can concurrently file I-140 and I-485 for EB1A.
