I had posted a question about the ds3032 that my brother in law who is over 21 unmarried recieved (my mother in law who is a US citizen applied for his i130, he is in Russia) because it stated that the DS3032 is sent to those that have a visa number available or are likely to have one available with in 9 months. Didnt know whether to get too excited about this. Well we filed that as well as paid his Affidavit of Support Fees and now they have sent a bill for the ds 230 ($404) and they are also sending the packet for the ds 230..... Now, does this mean that things are moving along the way they should be??? how much longer should/could it take now??? Is there a chance it could still take YEARS or what??? His PD is in 2007

Things are moving pretty quick now according to the bulletin but don't get too excited there is no telling, he is probably still months away but rest assured it's not years.

@natigan, pls which precise month in 2007 is his pd, cos my pd is also ( feb ) 2007 and i havent gotten anythin yet....did ur mother inlaw recieve the AOS before your brother inlaw recieve his own papers?

SOMEONE PLS ANSWER ME!!!
1. Who recieves the form DS-3032, is it the petitioner or the beneficiary,
2. How does someone register e-mail wit them
3. And, i will like to knw how to use the avr...thanx

i think the month is November... and yes i think she did receive the AOS before he did............ have you received the Approval for i130 from the USCIS????

1. My mother in law received it as well as my brother in law... i believe the just sent to both emails.
2. For the National Visa Center you can send an email to the NVC via NVCINQUIRY@state. - just make sure you put your case number.
3. I am not sure i know what AVR stands for.

Ooops, am not sure we are in the same category cos mine is f2b, and i havent gotten any paper. Yeah my case is wit nvc ( i'd received the packet 3) and also it had been adjudicated by the uscis, so i already have a case number

@natigan, thanx. What u are saying is both d petitioner and the beneficiary got it through E-MAILS? I thought nvc would send it via postal mail
2. And are u sure the beneficiary would also receive the AOS ( cos i thought its only for the petitioner) ?... If so
3. Are they both goin to send the same forms (AOS & DS3032) back to nvc? ...pls enlighten me more thanx
