hi, All, have you ever got stuck when you use your c8 card to apply for a position?
I'm applying for some positions, and I need to fill out forms, there are some question bothers me:
（When completing this section, do not disclose information regarding convictions that have been judicially sealed, expunged, eradicated, impounded, or dismissed. Do not disclose information regarding juvenile court convictions or minor traffic violations.）
DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE CHARGES PENDING?
I'm waiting for my individual hearing, and using a c8 card to apply for a job. So I know I need to show in front of a judge, then this means I have to answer yes to the application question? but for what I understand, it's not a felony or misdemeanor. Can some one had similar situations help me? I really want to answer no, but, I don't know if it is right.
