Question about different Service Centers

Hi Guys,

I am new to this so I have a couple of questions,

I have just had my LC/PERM approved and I am going to file for I140.

Is the Service center that your document go your choice or is it based on where you live or is it completely random?

In any case which Service Center would be faster?

It is based on where you live. NSC, TSC, VSC, CSC are the four service centers. Visit http://www.uscis.gov to see where your case will be processed. If you have already filed your I-140, the reciept should tell you where your case is being processed.
