Question about CPT and OPT

1. how long it will take for OPT application? I heard it may take 3 monthes now
2. During CPT period, can I apply for OPT? if I applied for OPT, how about my CPT, will I lose CPT at the time I apply for OPT?
3. Can I look for full time and work with CPT?
