Does it matter if i work on hourly rate with same employer rather then employee with full benefits.
I have been working company A who has filed for my GC, i am working as employee with benefits like medical, vacation etc.
Can i change my employment type to hourly rate with same company and not affect GC, my work responsibility will be same do i need to file AC21.
I am working on EAD for 4 years and my I140 is approved in 2007
