Question about citizenship for Ireland and Cayman Islands.

My grandfather is a citizen of US, Ireland, and the Cayman's. I was born and raised in the US and only have a US citizenship currently. My Father has US and Italian. I sent off my Italian application a few weeks ago.

My question is, will it be easy for me to apply for my citizenship to Ireland and the Caymans if my Grandfather (father's father) is a citizen of both places? :confused:
