My aunt is a Canadian citizen and she owns a company in Canada. She has a USA job with H1 visa. Now she want to sell some items on ebay USA. The question is whether it is legal to do that, using her Canadian company? Dose she need to pay the US goverment tax for those income, or just Canadian goverment? thanks for any suggestion

thanks for the reply. Let's put it this way. My aunt's husband is also a Canada citizen, without any USA visa. The company is under his name. He want to start a business on eBay, selling items to USA customers from Canada. My aunt has nothing to do with it. So my question is whether he has to pay the US goverment tax? thanks

Selling items internationally means customs dues have to be paid.
I didn't change the story, I didn't clarify the situation at the first place. They live together near the US-Canada border, and my aunt goes to work in MI everyday, yes, cross the border everyday with H1 visa. Her husband stays at home in Canada everyday, and he has a company. Now here is the true. What I, in fact they, care about is if the husband has some business in the US, the wife's visa and furture immigration will be affected. Let me know if you have any comments.
