Question about august 15th

I won this year and I have a low case number...2010EU00002XXX
I should be interviewed in october.
Problem:I sent back my documents kinda late and they re still waiting to be processed.
Question:If they are not processed by august 15th,will I miss being interviewed in october???Whats the possible scenario?

No, KCC told my friend they go by #, only if you sen them so late that they just got them last week you might be late, but you number becomes current anyway...they don't leave out 1 number...

Even if your number becomes current in october does not mean you have to be interviewed in that month. Your interview can be any month after october, so if you miss october you still have november to september 2010 to have your interview.
 
thanks but I mean....for the october interview......are they supposed to process your case before august 15 or september 15?

As for this question, I don't think any of us here can give you a better answer. Unless that person works at KCC, any answer giving here will amount to guessing.
 
dam....I reached them and unfortunately it looks like I wont be current in october.....if my files arent processed by the 15 of this month,I ll have to wait....

i am one of the dv 2010 winners. my CN is 2010AF00005XXX.
is there any way to know when you are going to have your interview without reciving the 2nd NL.

Wow, you have a pretty low CN. You should be getting ready with your documentation now. You may possibly have your interview before the end of the year (likely Nov).
 
thanx alot ammeck09, but i was just wondering wether a low cn increases your cases of getting the visa or it just means your interview will be earlier
