Question about applying AP

When filling out the I-131 for AP, it requires to use a separate paper to state teh reason of the forein trip. How detail does it need to be? Does it matter for approval what kind of reason put there? Any suggestion?

Currently my 3rd AP is pending and I have not given any reason in any of these AP's... I don't think that it makes any difference ....
 
Always apply for multiple entries. Tick the box for multiple entries on form I-131.
You can write any reason for AP on cover letter like vacations, meeting parents they don’t care about the reason the form is very old and 5-6 years back they were supposed to ask the reason and at that time I-485 was not taking more than 6-8months to get approved
 
Every time, I have applied for a multiple entry....
and reason I have give was "To travel outside USA..."
and duration "Some time in 2004 ( like in the current One)...

I don't think they really bother about ahy you have to travel....
