Question about application RTD

Hello all,

I submiteed I-131 form for RTD one month after submitting I-485, but recently I received a mail from TSC and I was informed that my RTD application was transferred to NSC, does anybody here know the reason? Will it affect my GC application?

Any suggestion or advice are greatly appreciated.

Nebraska handles all Refugee Travel Documents (they have the machine that makes them).
