Hi, all:

I485 was submitted to NSC Oct. 2004.
In Sept. 2006, I moved to Maryland.
Could I submit the AP application to VSC instead of NSC? or Do I have to submit AP to NSC?

Could anyone give me some information?

Thanks
Park

I THINK you should still file to NSC. Please check the official uscis.gov website for instructions regarding filing I131. Most of us are EB I485 filers, so I131 should be filed to where you filed your I485.

Hi,

You still need to File at NSC as your 485 is pending there.
My 485 is pending at NSC and I have moved to NE. I continue filling my AP, EAD at NSC

I will submit to NSC then.

In any case from what I've read, NSC is faster than VSC for processing EAD and AP !!

(Like others said, you don't choose a place to file -- it goes to wherever your 485 is pending)
