question about after returning RFE

Since there is only one time RFE, does that mean you can do anything you want such as changing employer, long vacation etc. after your returning RFEs?

thanks.

After RFE, you may get transfered.

I don't think you can do anything after RFE. But is it true that RFE is only once?

Do you have any proof/url to support your statement that you cannot do anything after RFE.
I am going to join my client now as I have no other choice. What will happen if my case gets transferred/RFE'd again? I will have a third employer in AOS, as I already swithed 5 months ago to my current employer. God!! This is getting complicated.

yeah, you may got transfered if your RFE has problem

such as missing paid or out of status, but if your returning RFE is perfect and strait forward, then you can do anything you want?

The only problem my RFE reply may have is that a different employer than the sponsoring one. This is because I switched due to a layoff after 10 months on 485. Will this be a good enough reason for the IIO to transfer me?
If they transfer me, I am sure I will have a different employer at the time of interview !!

Transfered although RFE is correct.

I have a friend whose RFE is only about pay stubs and employment letter. His case was transfered after responsing RFE.

Roran: if you change your employer and case is transfered, you will need a lawyer in your interview. But who knows. Everything may happen in INS.

hey

i just saw a post from ramareddy saying that his case got transferred to Atlanta after replying to RFE !!
What a sad, but true state of us !!
