Hi Everybody, My husband is a citizen, and we would like to apply for change of status (I-485) now for me (I\'m holding H1 visa). My husband is not working for more than 2 years and I would like to know how to file the affidavit of support for me ??? But we have enough of assests (125% above the poverty level). Do we have to file only I-864 or both I-864 & I-864A ??? My worry is since my husband is not having job what we put for the sponser income ???
