Question about Affidavit of Support Form

I am a DV 2014 Winner.
My friend in USA will give me an Affidavit of Support + a JOB OFFER in his small company. He plan to give us (to me and my family) room and board.

My question is if on the part of Affidavit of Support Form that states

(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and whether it is to be given in a lump sum, weekly or monthly, and for how long).

If he can put something like the follow:

- I intend to furnish room and board for him and his family all the necessary time until he gets employed.

Or do you have other recommendations ??????

Thanks in advance for your help.

PS- Sorry for my bad english skills, my mother tongue is spanish.

If I understand you correctly, you friend is willing to provide you with an affidavit of support. He's also willing to provide you with a letter of employment indicating you will be working in/for his company, correct?

Those 2 documents can certainly help you present a strong case to the CO at the time of your interview. Yes, he can indicate on the affidavit he's willing to provide you and your family with room and board, and employment until you're able to make some alternate/better arrangements for yourself as a result of your getting a better offer of employment.
