Two quick questions:
I remember when I first starting looking into the all the forms that were required for AoS the I864 form had a section for a public notary to fill out. But I recently filled out the new one as we're going through AoS only now, but this one (revised in 2006 downloaded from CIS.gov) doesn't have a section for a notary? Does this mean that a public notary no longer has to notarize this form to validate all the information? If yes, is this the same for joint sponsors?
Secondly, my wife is self employed in addittion to being having a regular job. However, as this is the first year of her self-employment she doesn't have to fill out her taxes on a quarterly basis until year two. Therefore, she had no IRS tax returns for he self employment, so is there any way to still include this income on the I864?
