Question about 90 days

Hi All, my GC was approved almost 5 years ago based on employment on 4/20/04. Last 5 years I made 5 trips totalling about 56 days. My question is can I apply N-400 on 1/20/09 i.e 90 days before my 5th GC anniversary. Please let me know.

It looks like you can, but just to be on the safe side, send it in a few days after 1/20/09 so that they don't send it back saying you're applying to early.
 
It is 3 months... trust me on that one... there was a controversy on 90 day vs 3 months and the instructions now at all SC's that they will be going with 3 months. so if your going for 5 year base requirement send it 4 years and 9months. So if your I-551 residency since date is 4/20/04 your earliest date for filing will be 1/20/09. Keep in mind it is based on the day they received your application not the post mark date.
