question about 2FP

my friend (ND 4-4-02) just got a rfe about employment. But his
first FP has already expired(1FP done 9-5-02). Anybody knows
if he will get another rfe for 2FP? Thx in advance for any input.

I got an RFE and within a few days got the 2nd FP notice.
