1. Has anyone filed immigrant visa petition on your behalf?

I have applied for GC twice, but did not cross the labor stage for the first time and now my I-140 is pending. Should I write the names of both my employers?

I-140 is immigrant petition. If any employer filed I-140 for you then write YES ,and name of employer. Write the name of employer who filed I-140 for you that is pending.

LC filling is NOT immigration petition I-140 is immigrant petiotion
