Hi All.

My H1B expired (6 years + extension completed) and currently working on EAD.
I am awaiting approval of AOS, like my name suggests.

I am planning to bring my parents for a visit.

With this back ground, while filling out form I-134, what should I fill out for the last part under Item-1 ?

If you are not a native born United States citizen, answer the following as appropriate:
a. If a United States citizen through naturalization, give certificate of naturalization number
b. If a United States citizen through parent(s) or marriage, give citizenship certificate number
c. If United States citizenship was derived by some other method, attach a statement of explanation.
d. If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States, give "A" number

I am definetly NOT under a, b, or c.... the only option left is (d)
and the question is can I use the A-number from my EAD under option (d)? Or would it constitute providing wrongful information?

What should I do? Please help.

Thanks much, in advance....

Thanks Raju595.

My H1B is no longer valid as 7+years of H1B are completed.
As I mentioned, I have applied for I485(AOS) and am currently conutinuing to work on EAD (I-766).

Any comments/suggestions..

Then probably you can mention the fact there with the 'A' #

Do not worry as long as you are stating facts.
