I've currently applied for a H1 transfer from company A to B and the petition I-129 is also approved I would like to know what is the best time to leave the company A and join B?. If I leave A by Friday and join B on Monday, I am wondering how will I justify my status on Sat and Sun incase if I will be questioned by USCIS later. I also have the option of leaving the job during week-days. Can someone pls tell me which is safer?. Levaing Fri and joining Mon will not affect one's status by any means?. Please give ur suggestion.
