Consider the scenario:
* You are a Perm Resident
* UK national orginally
* You are applying for n400
* You satisfy the 5yr 30/60 months lookback rule for residency
* You have 4 trips to the UK for 5 months at a time in the last years
* None of these trips have been more then 6 months
And:
* You have two Visas obtained whilst in the UK
* One Indian Tourist Visa
* One Chinese Visa
* You decided to travel to these countries whilst in the UK on a trip
* You left from the UK and retunred there
Question:
* Is there any issue with these Visa's not being obtained from the USA?
* Does anyone know if the Visa for India or China look the same globally?
* Will this be an issues in the n400 interview?
