query for EAD & AP

hi

we got a query for both EAD and AP requesting for a photo identification with country of birth. The country of birth is highlighted also they suggest us to take clear copies of the identification so that our features are clearly visible.

In our passports, at the place of birth it gives name of the city and the state but does not specify the country. also the passport has a field as citizen of India.

we are confused if the copy of our passports is enough or do we need any additional documents like the birth certificate having the name of city, state and country is needed.

I hope it is RFE from NSC, send them the Color copy of your Passport page that has your photograph , DOB and also color copy of driving license
