Hi, Here is my situation, please advise.
I was with company 'A' for 4 1/2 yrs and resigned in Feb 2003 to join company 'B'. Got the H1 for company 'B' in April and switched to company 'C' in May. Comany 'C' applied for H1 and got a query on July 30th. My recruiter called me in Aug first week and said there was a query on my H1 and they need the H1 copy of company B. I sent it and was waiting for my H1 approval. Y'day I was talking to the recruiter again and now he says THEY HAVEN"T RESPONDED THE QUERY YET and he says he needs the pay stubs of company 'A'.
I've the pay stubs of company 'A' but what are the chances that I'll get my H1. Isn't it too much delay in responding the query? My passport has valid visa till Dec 13th 2003 from company 'A'. What will be the worst case scenario, thanks in advance
